The Toledo Branch is proud to recognize Robert Thomas as our OOQ. Robert joined the Toledo TEAM in August 2017 and has been a wonderful addition from the very beginning. He has received many accolades from various clients and is asked for by name. Robert goes above and beyond when filling in posts and always wears a smile. Officer of the Quarter: Roxann Kopp
Royce-U.S. Protection Service is pleased to announce Roxann Kopp as our Officer of the 2nd Quarter of 2019!
The Toledo branch is pleased to announce that Officer Roxann Kopp is the newest Officer of the Quarter for 2019. Officer Kopp has been a wonderful addition to the Toledo team since she joined us in October 2018. She has shown that she is hard-working, reliable, dedicated and an all-around joy for both our office and clients. She is always ready and willing to lend a hand, whether to cover another officer’s need, or take on additional hours needing to be filled. Officer of the Month: Clifford Schaney
Royce-U.S. Protection Service is proud to announce Clifford Schaney as our April 2019 Officer of the Month.
Officer Schaney has been with Royce-U.S. Protection Service since April 2017. He has been working as an Armed Officer at one of our Kroger clients. He has received nothing but praise from the client and from the Asset Protection staff. Officer Schaney has always been dependable and has picked up additional shifts on numerous occasions.

Officer of the Month: Winston Thornton
Royce – US Protection Service is proud to announce Winston Thornton as our February 2020 Officer of the Month.
Officer Thornton joined the Royce – US Protection/NOW Security team in November 2019. He is an Armed Officer in our Kentucky Division.
We received a phone call from a Kroger customer to praise Officer Thornton. As the customer was leaving a local Kroger store, she dropped money out of her pocket. Officer Thornton witnessed this and returned the money to her. Even running after to her when she ignored his verbal attempt to get her attention. She complimented his professional demeanor and was so impressed that he would return money that was found. Way to go Winston!!

Cincinnati – April 2019
Officer of the Month : Jason Ruiz
Royce-U.S. Protection Service is proud to announce Jason Ruiz as our April 2019 Officer of the Month.
Officer Ruiz joined the Royce-U.S. Protection/ NOW Security team in January 2019. He is an Armed Officer in the Cincinnati division.
Officer Ruiz recently assisted Kroger management with a suspect. In doing additional research, he discovered that the person had 14 felony warrants and was a wanted pedophile in Kentucky.

Cleveland – February 2020
Officer of the Month: Jamal Satti
Royce-U. S Protection Service is pleased to announce Officer Jamal Satti as our February 2020 Officer of the Month.
Officer Jamal Satti joined Royce in September 2019 as we took on the Steelyard Commons site of First Interstate Properties (FIP). In November 2019, he assumed the Supervisor role at the Oakwood Commons site for FIP. Jamal is conscientious and diligent in his responsibilities and his reliability is a comfort to us and our client.
